Louis Miller New Richmond WI :Missing Person Alert – Help Us Find Louis Miller

Louis Miller New Richmond WI Missing :Beloved brother, Louis Miller, has been missing since Friday, April 11th, and time is critical. Louis was last known to be scouting public land in the Cylon State Wildlife Area, located northeast of New Richmond, Wisconsin. He is a familiar face in the outdoors community, an experienced hunter and fisherman, and someone who deeply respects nature and its risks. For him to go missing—without a trace or communication—is entirely out of character.

Timeline and Details of Disappearance

  • Last Seen: Friday, April 11, 2025, at approximately 2:30 PM
  • Location: Cylon State Wildlife Area, northeast of New Richmond, WI
  • Activity: Scouting public land, a routine part of Louis’s outdoor lifestyle
  • Expected Home: Louis was expected to return for dinner Friday evening but never came home

When Louis didn’t show up, our concern grew quickly. He is known to be punctual, responsible, and communicative—especially when out in the woods or near water. We immediately began reaching out, calling his phone, and alerting the authorities.

Thanks to the rapid response of the St. Croix County Sheriff’s Office, local first responders, firefighters, and volunteers, search efforts began on Friday night and continued into Saturday morning and beyond. We are grateful for their dedication, but more eyes and awareness are needed.

As of now, Louis has not been found, and every minute counts.

The terrain is thick and rugged in places. There are marshes, wooded areas, game trails, and bodies of water. Louis is an outdoorsman—he knows how to navigate, he’s physically fit, and he’s familiar with this region. That’s part of what makes this so disturbing: if he hasn’t come out by now, something is very wrong.

We are now asking the public for help in two crucial ways:

Even a small observation could be a major lead. Any and all details are welcome—even if they seem insignificant.

For those who don’t know Louis, let us tell you about him.

Louis is a kind-hearted, deeply loyal, and adventurous man. He is a brother, a son, a friend, and a community member. He’s the type of person who shows up early, helps without asking, and finds peace in the quiet of the woods and rivers of Wisconsin.

He’s an experienced outdoorsman—never reckless, always respectful. He knows these lands. He’s not someone who gets turned around easily or takes unnecessary risks. That’s what makes this all the more frightening.

He always tells someone where he’s going. He knows the value of safety and planning. He loves his family and would never willingly put us through this. That’s why we know something is wrong—and why we are fighting with everything we have to find him.

with knowledge of the Cylon State Wildlife Area are also encouraged to reach out. We are organizing community efforts and coordinating with authorities so that every effort is structured, safe, and effective.

This is A  brother. Our hearts are breaking, and every hour without answers is excruciating. We can only hope and pray that Louis is somewhere waiting to be found—that he’s holding on, counting on us to come for him.

We know the land is tough, but we also know he’s tougher. We believe in him. But we also believe in the power of community—and we’re asking you now to help us find him and bring him home.

Please keep Louis in your thoughts and prayers. Please share his photo and this message. Please talk to friends, hikers, hunters, anyone who might’ve been in the area.

Louis, if you can somehow see this or hear us—we are looking for you. We will not stop. We love you

Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. Your messages, your shares, your prayers—they mean everything. But we are not done yet. Not until Louis is home.

With hope,
The Miller Family
