He most recently worked as a crane operator at Car Tech in Reading, a job he performed with diligence and skill. He was previously employed through the Roofers Union Local #30, where he built strong relationships and earned respect for his commitment and reliability.

Anthony knew what it meant to work with your hands—to build something from the ground up, to sweat and push through, and to provide for the ones you love. That work ethic is part of the legacy he leaves behind, one that his sons can be proud of.

A proud graduate of Reading High School, Anthony was known as an accomplished athlete during his school years. He was a dedicated member of the wrestling team, where he learned discipline, strength, and resilience—qualities that stayed with him throughout his life.

Wrestling wasn’t just a sport for Anthony; it was a reflection of how he lived. He fought hard—for himself, for his family, and for a better future. That same passion and drive carried him through every challenge and helped shape the man he became.

Anthony was so much more than the roles he played—he was also the heart and soul of every room he walked into. He was known by all for his infectious laugh, his witty humor, and the way he could lift people’s spirits with just a few words. Anthony had a passion for motorcycles and was an avid rider, often found out on the open road with the wind in his face and the roar of the engine beneath him. His bikes were more than machines—they were a symbol of his freedom, his strength, and his unbreakable spirit.

In his spare time, he enjoyed hitting the gym, pushing himself physically, and embracing a lifestyle of strength and discipline. He was also a fan of video games, often relaxing and spending quality time doing something that brought him joy.

Anthony’s love was deep, real, and unwavering. He gave all of himself to his sons, Andre and Roman. Everything he did—every hour he worked, every decision he made—was driven by his desire to be the best father he could be. His boys were his world, and he made sure they knew it every day.

He also held a special place in the hearts of his siblings: Adara Adams, Felicia Caraballo, Melvin L. Martin Jr., Bernadette Nelson, Vanessa Martin, Tracey Rolon, Darnell Martin, Derek Martin, and Erika Martin. His bond with each of them was unique, full of shared childhood memories, support during hard times, and laughter that could only come from family. Anthony also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, all of whom adored their uncle and will miss him deeply.

A viewing will be held Friday, April 18th, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Henninger Funeral Home, Inc., 229 N. 5th Street, Reading, PA 19601. A funeral service honoring Anthony’s life will begin at 7:00 PM.

All who loved Anthony—family, friends, coworkers, and community members—are invited to attend, to share memories, and to celebrate the life of a man who left too soon but lived with immense love.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family for the benefit of Andre and Roman, to help ensure the future Anthony worked so hard to give them.
